To help new employees settle in, strengthen bonds, and embrace company culture, we organized a themed day: Unite as One, Give Your All, Start Fresh, Build Dreams Together. This journey brought everyone closer as a team.

To help new employees settle in, strengthen bonds, and embrace company culture, we organized a themed day: Unite as One, Give Your All, Start Fresh, Build Dreams Together. This journey brought everyone closer as a team.
Building Bonds Through Challenges and Sharing
The day started with the team game Blooming Prosperity, where employees leaned together in a coordinated circle, building trust and unity. Next, they took on the Color Stick Relay, requiring focus and smooth teamwork, followed by relaxed games of pool and ping pong to connect informally. Later, an “Open Heart” session allowed everyone to share personal stories and goals, deepening mutual understanding and reinforcing the company’s supportive culture. As evening fell, we gathered around a bonfire, enjoying music, performances, and fireworks, creating lasting memories and a stronger sense of belonging.
Strengthening Bonds, Building the Future
This team-building day created a sense of belonging and commitment to the values of “Unity, Determination, and Innovation.” Moving forward, we’ll continue supporting each other and working together to build a bright future for Silver Rocket.
